Properties: Strong inorganic acid, pure products are colorless penetrating liquid with odor. Industrial products are yellowish for they contains impurities such as iron and chlorine. Relative density:1.187 g/cm3, melting point:-114.8℃, boiling point:-84.9℃, easily soluble in water with strong corrosion.
Packing: PVC steel tank or glass fibre reinforced plastic tank lined with acid resistance rubber.
Purpose: Used in producing ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, copper chloride, aluminium chlorhydroxide, ferric chloride. Also sued in synthesizing PVC, chloroprene rubber and ethyl chloride. Used in wet metallurgy, metal surface treatment, sugar-making and leather-making industries.
